I am really into Starfinder right now. Are there any video games that are Starfinder like worth checking out?
FTL is a great game, if you are looking for PC games. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is based on the D20 system.
Either PC or PS4 or 3DS will work. I have Knights of the Old Republic. I was really thinking Sci-fi plus DnD like games. Maybe a JRPG? Any video game really.

The Mass Effect games are indeed the first games that come to mind, as are the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republik games.
Older games would be Albion and Anachronox.
Darker and more human-centric games buth with an intriguing approach to magic are Mars: War Logs and The Technomancer
Star Crawlers is a neat SF/Fantasy Dungeon Crawler.
JRPGs that come somewhat close are the excellent Star Ocean: The last Hope (perhaps the other Star ocean games, too, but I have never played any of those), CrossCode and Cosmic Star Heroine.
Way late on my 2 cents here, and I know I catch some flak here, but Destiny is actually a great science fantasy with a suprisingly deep lore if you look for it. If you don't feel the game at least check out the lore videos by Mynameisbyf on Youtube.
I know I'm late, but these are my recommendations.
Mass Effect (all three games in that franchise; 1 is a great start, and 2 and 3 just add to it)
Destiny 2
StarCraft
Dawn of War (all two games in that series; the first has a LOT of expansion content, and the second has an interesting story)
Final Fantasy 13, kinda.
