I was wondering if I could change the shipping address for my upcoming order. What would be the best way to do that?

You should be able to change it by clicking on the order on your My Addresses page. There you should see the pending order and should be able to change the shipping address. Alternately you can send us an email with the new shipping address at customer.service@paizo.com and we can get it changed for you. We can also do it over the phone if you call us at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.

I changed my shipping address and got a whole new order email. I figure since you don't charge until shipment this is just an updated form, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't being charged twice.

You successfully updated the shipping address. The email was an updated one reflecting the changes you made. I don't see any issues with the order.
