My Barbarian is nearing the end of Eyes of the Ten. I have had no problems with his effectiveness, but I would like to keep it this way through the later (13+) levels. I am primarily concerned with the items he needs to stay competitive and any feats that will give him the edge in the challenges to come. General advice for being a beatstick in an increasingly caster dominated world is appreciated as well :)
Quick build summary: Two handed reach barbarian with combat reflexes and pounce. Has the superstitious and spell sunder rage powers.
If this isn't enough information, I am more than happy to post more specifics!

As levels increase saves become increasingly important, superstitious will help with them but boosting them when out of rage will help in case you are surprised.
Touch attacks can still ruin your day at higher levels. Modules throwing 8 greater shadows/dread wraiths at you in a surprise round are not necessarily uncommon.
You will encounter more and more creatures with permanent flight and at will teleportation. You need a way to deal with at least flight at a minimum.
You will encounter things which hit you extremely hard and with a lot of accuracy. I assume you have a giant pile of health as a barbarian but you need a plan for when that doesn't work.
You will encounter more and more creatures which are far larger than you. Many of them will be more than intelligent enough to trip you as you try to charge/pounce them to death, ruining your charge and leaving you prone for their full attack. I would not neglect your defences.
Have a plan for when you are grappled, it will come up more and more often, normally with enormous enemies who will hit even your raging CMD. Getting grappled as you charge into a carnivorous blob or something will ruin your day. Lesser talisman of freedom is a great choice.
Also, don't take Eyes as being indicative of the expected level of difficulty. It was written in season 1/2 and has not held up particularly well with age. Only the first part has much that is terribly challenging even if you stick to 4 players.
More recent seeker tier material is much better balanced for higher level characters.

How can I pump up my touch ac? Do you have any tips for dealing with such a horrid fight? I suppose I could carry around a ghost touch weapon for incorporeal enemies.
I can handle flight thanks to my caster friends, however I do pack 2 potions of fly. Do you have any suggestions on what I could be doing about teleportation?
I do have a pile of HP, but my ac is "don't roll a one." It sounds like I'm just about at the time where I need to invest in my ac.
As far as size, lunge and my reach weapon should let me pounce something with 20ft of reach. Anything larger would provoke.
When grappled, I do have an unfettered shirt. Lesser talisman of freedom sounds pretty nice though! Cheaper and doesn't cost an action to use.
So would you say it is fair to say that more modern modules/scenarios are more difficult than Eyes of the Ten? We've been having a pretty good time of it, with only one fight giving us a rough time in part 3 (so far, one part to go!).
