I don't think that I understand the current argument.
Surely, everybody agrees that
1) Extra reach is a good thing. Sometimes VERY, VERY good, sometimes just good.
2) Enhanced crit range is a good thing. Sometimes VERY, VERY good, sometimes just good.
Entire builds can (and are) built around either feature. Both kinds of builds are very effective builds.
Which is "better" is going to depend, to a great deal, on personal taste, the actual scenarios that the character finds themself in, and pure chance.
None of which changes the fact that Bladed Brush is extremely unclear in how it works and also quite powerful :-)

No argument it is unclear, but also not seeing the 'power' issue, based on what's been presented thus far. i.e., if it was clarified for interactions with other classes it probably wouldn't be such a mess?
Its pretty hard to argue about how powerful it is (or isn't) until it is made clear exactly what it is :-) :-).
Note, I deliberately said "quite powerful" and NOT "overpowered". I think that everybody would admit that almost any reasonable interpretation of this feat makes it a quite good feat (ie, one of the rare feats that is actually worth taking :-) :-)). Some interpretations probably make it overpowered.
The PFS approach to the feat really is incredibly clear, though. The PFS team will (and SHOULD) just wait until the feat is clarified so that everybody knows what it actually does. They certainly won't fix it themselves. That is not their job.
AFTER it is clarified in general THEN the PFS team will likely look at it and determine if they think it a good fit for PFS. They've done exactly this in the past and its a good approach.

And you haven't provided compelling arguments why it should become legal. No the issue is when people claim it is overpowered we are taking their reasons and showing how those are not overpowered using math / what you are giving up to achieve the lackluster yields of the feat.
If spreadsheets were an accurate measure of combat effectiveness two weapon fighting rogues would be the bees knees and archers would be meh.
But doesn't the math actually work that way? Class that gets all attacks 99 percent of the time is going to have a higher damage output than class that gets it 75 percent. I mean it's really not even the least problematic of issues either mathwise.

Honestly, I'm not sure the design team will ever clarify it - unless they find justification to include it in a new hard cover. The PFS team has much more ability to make this right than the design team does.
When the design team errata's the ACG to add the off-hand restrictions to slashing grace, they did NOT make that same change to fencing grace, because it was in a soft cover (advanced class origins). The PFS team, however, DID include a change to fencing grace in the campaign clarifications, to add the same restriction, so there does seem to be precedent to the pfs team making these sort of changes.
