Mindchemist, Oracle and Gatebreaker

In FAQ, it states we are not allowed to add the same stats twice.

Gatebreaker
Benefit(s): Whenever you would deal damage to an object, you deal normal damage plus an additional amount equal to your Strength modifier. This applies to both unattended objects and those you damage as part of a successful sunder combat maneuver check.

Mindchemist Class Ability
At 2nd level, a mindchemist has honed his memory. When making a Knowledge check, he may add his Intelligence bonus on the check a second time.

Q. The first allows double strength, the second allows double intelligence.
Are they legal for PFS Play?

Orale Lore Mystery
Lore Keeper (Ex): Instead of encyclopedic knowledge, you learn most of your information through tales, songs, and poems. You may use your Charisma modifier instead of your Intelligence modifier on all Knowledge checks.

Q. A player has 1 level Oracle with Lore Keeper Mystery and 2 levels of MindChemist.
Do he add DOUBLE CHA , INT + CHA or he just CHA

The last one is pretty simple. Lore Keeper allows you to replace Int with Cha so the mindchemist ability wouldn't affect it. If you choose to use charisma you just use cha, if you choose to use Int then you can use double Int as that is what mindchemist specifically allows.

Just the base Lore Oracle has this issue as Focused Trance only works with Int based skill checks so doesn't work when combined with Lore Keeper.

Just charisma as knowledge skills are no longer int based. Gatebreaker is legal and works that way. In fact its explicitly called out as working that way by PFS.
