One archmage's . . . leavings are another culture's treasures.

When you’re rich and powerful you’re eccentric. Try the when you’re poor and you’ll get committed.

Hmmm a greater Demi-Plane could get expensive (over 20k gp per casting to make it so) still it does over some possibilities and is cheaper than a bag of devouring.

Hmmm fire or negative energy dominant or bountiful with the waste being compost/fertiliser. A permanent plane with fire dominant and minor negative energy dominant should deal with most waste fairly effectively living things (left over food scraps?) crumble to ash and the rest is incinerated you just wouldn't want to visit.

Technically you could just have one and set up more than one portal. Making another portal just requires another casting not a new permanency.

Hmmm I thought you had to redo permanency every time, it specifically states . . .

You can make this spell permanent with the permanency spell, at a cost of 22,500 gp. If you have cast create greater demiplane multiple times to enlarge the demiplane, each casting's area requires its own permanency spell.

Lesser and normal are the same only swap the name of the spell, so I thought modifications were the same e.g. you create a demiplane make it bountiful and seasonal then you have to make 3 things permanent the plane, its bountiful nature and its seasonal nature. If you only need to permanency enlargements though that changes my calculations on demi-plane creation significantly. One plane and then you just keep casting for all the peramnent alterations you want (bountiful, seasonal, portal, shape).

Even when all you want is to create a waste disposal plane it affects things meaning its lesser demi-plane (for the area doesn't need to be that large), permanent (17,500 GP), create demi-plane normal (for the fire element dominant), make that permanent (20,000 GP), create demi-plane greater (for at least one portal), make that permanent (22,500 GP) optional demi-plane greater for minor negative energy dominant (for living things like food waste not sure if cabbage leaves would count . . .), make that permanent (22,500 GP), optional create demi-plane greater (time to make it decay or be disposed of twice as fast), make that permanent (another 22,500 GP) vs lesser, permanet (17,500) then fire, portal and optional negative/time traits. Your looking at a potential 60,000 to 105,000 GP vs 17,500 GP. That's a LOT of savings.

“To enlarge the demiplane”
You’re not enlarging the demiplane. You’re recasting to change it, which doesn’t require additional permanecíeis.

Interpretation thing, I'm not going to complain though as it'll save me 10''s of thousands of gold with that rule.

There's some carpet bagger from TianXia who wants to sell you some old tapestry... somehow it has a vaporous odor of juniper berries... How Gin you say?

Well... There was this mimic once that looked like one. Naturally we had a plumber IRL in the party, so he had to go and use it. His character wears a prosthetic to fill out his posterior these days.

Yup, no toilets in Pathfinder, they are mimics. :)
