Lady-J, it has been explained to you 1538 times already that this rule does not apply to the character advancement process.
Which part of your knowledge acquisition process is deficient? Your eyes, your brain, or your ability to accept facts that doesn't go your way?
except none of the rules you have posted says they don't while you quoted that animals with an int of 3 still need handle animal checks that's contradicted by the fact that if a creature has an int of 3 or more they are not animals there for they can not be subjects of handle animal checks because those checks only work on animals

That is not, in the strictest sense of the word, true.
From the Handle Animal skill description: "You can use this skill on a creature with an Intelligence score of 1 or 2 that is not an animal..."

missed that part but it still doesn't work on anything with more then 2 int

If you willingly ignore when paizo goes out of their way to fill in gray or contradictory areas of the rules (for reasons i find completely unfathomable), don't be surprised when there are gray or contradictory areas of the rules in your view of the rules.

There's an interesting question: If no creature with an intelligence of 3 or higher can be an animal, what happens to an animal that attains an intelligence score of 3 or higher?
This seems, RAI, a limitation that says "Creatures of the animal type have a base intelligence of 1-2." After all, one could hardly argue that putting a Headband of Intelligence +2 on a cat that it suddenly becomes some sort of magical super cat (i.e., increasing an ability score doesn't change a creature's type).
The Int. rule seems as though it is meant to apply as a baseline number, indicating animal-level understanding, with the clear intention that an animal that gains intelligence through other means stays an animal, unless magically permanently altered. An owlbear, for example, is no longer an animal, but a magical beast because WIZARDS, despite its bestial nature and 2 Intelligence.
Basically, don't overthink this whole typing thing. An animal is an animal until the rules say it isn't, and outside the Awaken spell this isn't really the case.
Long story short, if you need convoluted ways to interpret something that only make the rules MORE confusing, you aren't following the RAI which, in cases like this, is at least as important as the RAW.

I mean, I'm not terribly surprised. Interesting skim. I was merely saying something Lady-J might have more fun with. But yeah, makes sense, it's a fake issue anyways.

If you feel someone is insulting or targeting you on paizo.com do not reply to their posts. Flag it and move on. Hyperbole, absolutes and posting calls to ignore other people will escalate threads into arguments instead of discussions and defeat the spirit of collaboration and support of the paizo.com community.
We need your help to keep the paizo.com forums a friendly, welcoming and useful place. Responding to insults or personal jabs creates a cascading chain of posts that I then have to decide to either leave up because removing replies takes too much out of the conversation or remove most of the posts in a discussion. Neither is ideal for the community and this bickering needs to stop.
If you come across another community member who you do not wish to respectfully engage in conversation, then stop replying to their posts. If they cross the line in what they say, flag it and move on.
