I recently sent an email in about this issue, but I didn't receive a response (automated or otherwise). I know that you guys have a pretty heavy backlog regarding this issue, but I was feeling paranoid and wanted to make sure that my email had been received and I was added to the queue.

We did receive your email. We just haven't got to that part of the inbox yet. It looks like we have everything we need in your email so as soon as we get to it in the inbox we should have a replacement set up for you.
