Hello just wanted to check on the status on my two orders. One my subscription, the other several miniatures.

Miniatures : Order 4546946
Subscription : Order 4514798

They both look fine, just waiting their turns in the shipping queue.

The minis all have an estimate of shipping from us in 1 to 7 business days.

The shipping window for November subscriptions is estimated to be the 1st through the 15th, so your subscription order should see an updated sometime in that time frame.

Still unsure if the order isn't stuck. I tried updating the payment method twice and it has never refreshed.
It is displaying correctly in my subscription page, but the order isn't refreshing at all. Nor have any funds been pulled yet. So it looks like my order isn't even processing. :(

Hello Oliver,

Your orders are not stuck. As Sharaya mentioned, normal shipping times for us for non subscription orders are between 1 and 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. The shipping window for subscriptions is 2 weeks, and is expected to be through Wednesday, November 15 this month. We do not charge for anything until it ships. You may see an authorization on one or both orders, but those will not be finalized until we ship the order.
