Regaining concentration

Quick question, for spells that say concentration + rounds in their duration, for example in holographic image and mislead.

Is it possible to break concentration, and then re-establish it to maintain the spell if those rounds haven't passed?

My understanding is no. As there is nothing saying you can. What would be the use? That is to say why would you want this?

For the moment there isn't a whole lot, but say it came up that you needed to do something besides concentrate on your decoy when casting mislead, I was wondering if it was possible have your decoy perform a task, break concentration so you could spend a round or 2 doing something else like attacking or aiding someone, and then re-establish control over the decoy.
