Alright, so I'm having some issues figuring out how a few quasi-magic thingies work.
Specifically : both the Priest theme and the "x Psychic Power" feat line give spells as SLAs (apparent worthlessness of the feats notwithstanding).
But, unlike most other cases I can think of, neither explicitely call out the key ability for said SLAs.
In fact, Divine Boon doesn't mention CL either (for non-Mystics,that is). I'm gonna assume it's equal to character level, because everything else works that way, but having a better answer would be nice.
(and ... Phrenic Powers don't have an explicit CL either, now that I look at it ? Huh).
Of course, one could expect the Psychic Powers to be Cha-based, since good Charisma is a pre-requisite, but Phrenic Adepts ignore that prereq, and they seem to be the most likely to invest in those (specifically because of that, even)
And Priest is a +1 Wis, so maybe that's it for the boon ?
But on the other hand, the Phrenics base everything off of the modified class's key ability, which seems easier to work with (and could maybe help in explaining why the Power feats are otherwise so underwhelming compared to Inkling/Dabbler).
What am I missing ? What abilities am I supposed to use for those DCs?

Just as for spells, a spell-like ability’s caster level determines the ability’s power (see Caster Level on page 331). If no caster level is specified in the ability’s description, the caster level is equal to the creature’s character level or CR. The DC of a spell-like ability is typically equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the Charisma modifier of the creature using it. If a class grants a spell-like ability that is not based on an actual spell, the ability’s effective spell level is equal to the highest-level class spell the character could cast at the class level the ability is granted.
I believe "typically" would mean unless stated otherwise. As I read it, unless something else is pointed out, it would be charisma.
