And that the item presents rules for being wielded when you're small or medium, but not large.
As a houserule we require a large version of the axe to require a 21 Str.
Reasonable extrapolation, but without it you'd have Str 17 medium-sized characters enlarging themselves to Str 19 so they don't take the penalty.

I wouldn't hold your breath on this curse, above or below water. Our assessment was that a curse that compels a player to shout and sing is far from promoting a consistently positive play experience when gaming with strangers and or in a public play environment.
Perhaps issue boons based on a singing competition? :)

Alas... In Play-by-Post it would be amazing.
Sigh. I concede your point for in person play, though. Filking on demand can be tough. I'll just have to convince some GM to run a set of modules for me Campaign Mode at some point. The world can never have too many PbP musicals, John.
Thank you for the quick answer, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear.
Hugs,
Hmm
Truth be told it is a bit perplexing because there is a ton of mechanics that if you ever stopped and thought about it are disruptive to a table. It's one of those things that are better handled with a blanket policy than cherry picking.

"disruptive to the table" mechanics versus "getting kicked out of public venues" is not the same thing.
Actually the point still stands given that your comment reminded me that there are a bunch of scenarios where the thought process upon reading them is,"How did you think you weren't going to get someone kicked out of a venue while you were writing it?".

This, right here, is almost temptation enough to start running PbP. But first I have to PLAY the format before I try to RUN the format... I should get on that.

For the Electric Eel Style line of feats, it says in the book that, "The following style feats are available to locathahs." However, it's not mentioned as a prerequisite for the feat, and they're listed as being allowed...am I correct in presuming that a member of any race can take these feats?
Anyone with a racial swim speed.
Pathfinder Player Companion: Blood of the Sea
This book presents lots of new rules for locathahs, gillmen, merfolk, and a host of other creatures that aren’t playable races in Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild—at least not at this time. Rather than ban large portions of the book, we’ve opened up many of these race-specific options for any PC whose race grants a natural swim speed, such as naiads and undines. Should we later introduce other such races, they would also qualify.
EDIT: Although Additional Resources doesn't seem to contain the language John describes.

Well, probably. I asked the same question back here for other legal feats. As it stands now, the only items in the AR with anything to that effect are the archetypes and Land Limbs.

Yeah, it says 'many', though, not all of them...as shaventalz notes, the archetypes do specify that anyone can take them, but for the others...I first assumed you could, but someone else pointed out it was a little ambiguous, so figured I should check.

I noticed that the Alchemical bolts at the end of AA2 do not have the clause allowing them to be bought as other forms of ammunition. Is this a clerical oversight, or an intentional exclusion?
My Grenadier Alchemist with a longbow really wants arrows with alchemical damage built in, but moving to a crossbow is not really an option.
