Order 4483120 : new payment method worked or not ?

Hi, I forgot to change my payment method when it was deactivated and received the appropriate reminder.

I then tried and created a new payment method with my new VISA card (which expires in 2020) and used it to allow payment for this order.

I do not know if it worked or not.

The products' pages show a "You purchased this product Wed, Sep 6, 2017", but the pdfs do not appear in my Downloads and the payment to Paizo does not appear on my card's history. And the order appears as Pending in my payment methods's screen

What do I need to do to correct this and get my greedy hands on these hot pdfs ?

I would guess you're just waiting your turn in the shipping queue. The authorization often falls off the card for me like that before the order ships, and then everything would be in the state you describe.

To confirm, it does look like the payment method is fine, and the order is just waiting for it's turn in the shipping queue now.

Our shipping window for September subscription orders is estimated to be Friday, September 8th through Wednesday, August 20th, so you should see a shipping update in that time frame. You can also keep an eye on overall updates in the September 2017 Monthly Shipping Thread.

You'll get access to the PDFs when the order is processed for shipping (which is when the charge for the items is actually finalized).
