Between low Cha scores and bad die rolls, nobody can make a DC 12 intimidate check to get the NPC to cooperate.

The party kasatha spent all his starting credits on 2 heavy guns, and can't afford any armor to keep atmosphere contained.

Everyone brought their own pregens.

No matter how many times you stress this is a Starfinder game, they still keep pulling out Harsk pregens.

Hmm, with the differences in ranged combat and reloading, Harsk might be a reasonable Starfinder...

Yeah! Lets start a petition to have him as legacy pre-gen...

The Ysoki pirate hits your 1st-level character with his laser rifle. He maxed the SEU dial for that shot, so that will be 20d10 damage. The good news is he will have to change his battery next round.

The Exchange

You sit down with your Ysoki exocortex mechanic, find the rest of the party is playing sarcesians (large humanoids) and the GM has just finished drawing a map with nothing but 5' wide hallways.

These make me happy.

I actually loved that game system. It's a shame they undermined their own product.

"The Starfinder Society has tasked you with a preliminary exploration of a newly discovered planet in the vast. You are to travel to the planet Volturnus and map as much of the planet as possible, before going down to get environmental samples, as well as flora and fauna. The Wayfinder's are especially interested in contacting and studying any intelligent races living on the planet. If you meet an Intelligent race, you are to make friendly contact and learn as much about them as possible.

Your group is the second expedition. the first expedition disappeared without a trace as soon as they exited the drift. The exo-guardians are interested in any information you might find about possible causes for this disappearance. If possible, you are to locate and rescue any survivors of this mission."

What is the Vesk National Anthem, where can we get the words, and do you need a gizzard to sing it?

I did not invent this:

"Rule, Viskarium! Viskarium, rules the space
Vesk never shall be slaves.
The races not so blest as thee,
Shall in their turns to tyrants fall;
While thou shalt flourish great and free,
The dread and envy of them all!"

Does that work to the star trek music?

And here's a link to Baskoro, singing that! I love the creativity of our Flaxseed players!
