The Tales Deck was added to your sidecart after the subscription order was generated. Our system only checks the sidecart when it generates the order. When we run the authorization it checks the sidecart and pulls any items that are ready to go into the order. But it doesn't look in the sidecart again until the next month when it generates that months order. So if you add an item to your sidecart after the order is generated it will wait for the next months order to ship out, even if this months order is still pending. Since your September order has already processed for shipping I can no longer move the deck into it.
I see 2 Starfinder items in your sidecart, and both of those have an October release. So they would not have shipped out with this months order.
