I should have done this before GenCon, but go ahead and add the Starfinder AP to my subscriptions starting with volume one. Hopefully this can make it in before the order is fully processed. Given that I have an active order I don't know if adding anything would update in the current order. Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know about this! We don't have a way to start subscriptions on our end, so what you'll need to do is start the Starfinder Adventure Path subscription with #2, and then let us know when that is done. It looks like you have a copy of Starfinder Adventure Path #1 in your sidecart, so I should be able to attach that to the subscription once it's been started.
I'll go ahead and temporarily suspend your pending subscription order so that it doesn't try to send out without your books, so just let me know when you're all ready and I can get that taken care of.

You started the subscription with volume 1. I have cancelled the extra copy of volume 1 and attached the sub to the original one. I have moved the items that were ready to go out of your sidecart and into your September subscription order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation.

Hello Soluzar,
Thank you for letting us know. I just tried to give it a nudge but we got a payment method failure. The card was declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this means that the billing address attached to your card does not match what the bank has on file for it. Let me know when you are ready and I can get it going.
