Sorry if I'm being a nuisance. I have the exact same problem as listed above, my pages are coming off of the binding, I bought my Starfinder Core Rulebook from a LGS last Saturday. It was unwrapped when I bought it. I contacted them and they told me to reach out to you for assistance with it.
I'm completely failing on finding your customer service email. If someone can point me in the direction of it so I can send photo proof to my product as well!

Please note: We do not wrap our books prior to sending them to distributions. If you have a damaged book, you first need to go to the store you purchased it from. They should be abel to discuss their options for damaged books with the distributor that they purchased the book through. Different stores and distributors may have different policies or processes in place, but if you bought the book through another retailer you must first contact that retailer for a return.
If they are unable or unwilling to help, contact customer.service@paizo.com. Our contact information is at the bottom of every (most?) paizo.com webpages.

Hello Vinsomner,
We have received your email. Thank you for the pictures. We should be able to get a replacement set up for you (thank you for providing the store information as well, I have let the sales team know so they can clear up how this should work with them). I don't see a shipping address on your account or in your email though. We will need a shipping address to get it sent out.
