Anyone have a form-fillable one that I can actually save changes to?
I've found 3 different ones so far (including this), but none of them let you save what you put in it, which makes them nigh-useless.

Are you having trouble with the Gilfalas version already linked in this thread?
I just opened it using Adobe reader and was able to save it with modifications that remained upon re-opening it.
What program are you opening the files with?
Just remember that if you're using a browser, or other means to open it, you're going to encounter more functionality errors.
Go with adobe reader, or adobe acrobat if you've got it.

Gilfalas sheet has some flaws in it; I've so far been unable to get checked class skill boxes to print, upgraded ability score modifiers are not applied anywhere, and text size in the 2nd page multi-line boxes is highly variable.
I've been looking to see if he updated his sheet to address these bugs in the months since.

Are you encountering these problems while using Adobe Products to open the sheet? All reports I get about opening and using the sheet on Adobe Acrobat and Reader DC are that it works fine and those are the only app's I suggest it be used on.
When you say you are "unable to get checked class skill boxes to print" do you mean the boxes themselves or the whole skill line or just certain values on the skill line?
Could you be more precise about the text sizes on the 2nd page so I know where to begin looking and what exactly your having an issue with?
What are you looking for from the upgraded ability score boxes? Should those be the source for the calculations on the rest of the sheet instead of the base stats?
Or am I missing something?

Edit: I went in on page 2 and set all the font sizes to 'auto', which should scale them with the size of the field they are in.
Trying to keep the field sizes constant with the page layout from Paizo makes a static font size on the whole page difficult at best. Let me know how this change works for you.
