Charge rules..error maybe?

Rules Questions

Attacking on a Charge:After moving,you can make a single
melee attack. You take a -2 penalty to the attack roll and a -2
penalty to your AC until the start of your next turn. You can't
move any farther after the attack. Some classes, including
solarian and soldier, grant abilities that modify attacks made
on charges. (Pg. 248)

In PF you got a +2 to charge and a -2 on a charge..is this perhaps a typo?

No, it's not. Owen explained this in the live playtest. Charge gives you the ability to move AND full attack, the penalty to hit is to balance out how powerful this is.

You can't make a full attack, you can only make a single melee attack.

Oops, I misremembered, it allows you to to move at double your speed.
