Hello, my cart well exceeds $100 but I do not see any indication that the $10 off discount has taken effect. Is there something I need to do to activate it?

I can see the discount on your order. The total I see is also $10 less than it would be if the discount was not applied. If you submit the order and the discount is not there please let us know, but right now I do see it on the order.
