To whom it may concern,

Greetings and thank you for your diligence regarding my card information.

My card # is the same, however the expiration date and the security code are what has changed. Please contact me with the best way to update this information. I know it's unwise to post the updates, so if I must be contacted to verify certain information, please do so.
I have (I believe) gone through the updating my credit card payments.

Hello fine folks at Paizo Customer Service!

Is everything straightened out with my card information?

If not, please let me know what I need to do. (I'm considering adding subscriptions for Starfinder (rule books and APs) but don't want to do that unless everything's okay with my card.

Hello The_Minstrel_Wyrm,

You should be able to update your card expiration date by following the link in the payment method failure email you received. Alternately you can also update it by sending us an email or by calling us at 420-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.

Thanks for the reply. I think I may have straightened out the problem, I just added the card information as a new card/payment and hopefully that will allow it to work. Also somewhat related I went ahead and subscribed to Starfinder (latecomer but finally made the choice) and I noticed it was going to start my Starfinder Rulebook subscription with Alien Archive but I had the option to change it to the core rulebook (which I did).

However I also started the Starfinder AP subscription and it's (apparently) going to begin with the 2nd volume of Dead Suns ... which of course I want to begin with the first volume.

I had seen a prior post from someone else regarding similar issues, and I'm hoping that it will rectify itself and I'll get the first volume of Dead Suns AP.

Please notify me if there's any further trouble with my orders.
