Hey guys,

I was just recently notified that I may have been charged twice for this order even though I put in the wrong number on the back of my card the first time. Not sure if you guys can see it on your end but on the card history it shows a double charge. Not sure if it'll be easier talking with you guys or the card company.

Hello Andrew,

The initial attempt to place the order was declined due to, "Unknown issue." This is likely a decline on our card processors end, and not on your banks end. It looks like your bank may have opened an authorization when that occurred though, similar to how they will with Address Verification System failures. Authorizations can look like pending transactions on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize that authorization. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control, but is usually just a few business days. I don't see a second charge anywhere.
