For my August shipment I want to receive a total of 3 Starfinder core books. I already have 1 with the sub. If I add two to my shopping cart and finish the order, will I receive 3 books then? Will it confuse the system?
Also, as a subscriber to the regular AP, does that discount also apply to Starfinder stuff?

Yes, you can pre order 2 more books and set the shipping method to Ship With Subscriptions and you will get 3 copies. The Paizo Advantage discount applies to Starfinder books, but will not stack (if you're getting it from the AP line but also have all 4 Starfinder subscriptions you will get the 15% discount once, not twice).
