Issue with Fantasy Grounds pdf sync

Apologies if this is in the incorrect section but it did seem that someone else with similar recent issues was moved from Customer services to Web issues...

I've recently purchased Rise of the Runelords with Fantasy Grounds and I get a confirmation that the following have been sync with them:

PZOSMWPZO1002FGE - Pathfinder RPG - Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition synced
PZO1002E - Pathfinder RPG - Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition PDF synced

But nothing appears in my downloads section on Paizo (other than the Runelord Player guide) I manually added last night.

Would it be possible for someone your end work some magic to fix the lack of pdfs on Paizo?

It seems that I have a similar issue and therefore do not know if this is an issue that was resolved only for a certain product or purchase.

I made the following purchases:

1 - Pathfinder Adventure Path: Rise of the Runelords Deluxe Collector's Edition (PFRPG) Hardcover on December 22nd, 2015 ,order # 3798199

2 - Pathfinder Adventure Path: Curse of the Crimson Throne (PFRPG) Limited Edition Hardcover on September 30th 2016, order # 4078003

Both purchases made me eligible for the PDF versions of the sets.  I recently subscribed to Fantasy Grounds, and am able to get the PDF price cost off of adventure paths that I own in PDF form that come from my subscription service.  When I synchronized my account and purchased other adventure paths trough Fantasy grounds, the discount was applied.  However for both these sets the PDF versions cost $41.99, and the cost on Fantasy Grounds is $59.99.  This means that I should be eligible to purchase both on Fantasy Grounds for $18.00 each.  Unfortunately Fantasy Grounds is not recognizing the PDF value on the more expensive print versions that I purchased (I elected for the Deluxe Collector's Edition of RotRL PZO1002-L, and the Limited Edition Hardcover for CotCT PZO1021-LE), while I suspect that had I purchased the less expensive PZO1021 and PZO1002, that Fantasy Grounds would recognize and apply the discount for both these adventure paths set on their platforms.

jakemtl, you're correct—the Fantasy Grounds sync is looking to see if you own PZO1002E and PZO1021E, but you don't—you have PZO1002-LE and PZO1021-LEE (even though the PDF files themselves are actually identical across the two versions).

We're looking into the best way to solve this (for you and everyone else in the same situation). We should be able to come with a solution in the next couple of days. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Hello Vic, - Thank you for taking the time to personally answer my post. I realize that this may be a tricky problem technically, and I know you guys are very busy always and especially around this time.
However if I can make a helpful suggestion, perhaps try to offer a duplicate item in the Fantasy Grounds store with an Fantasy Grounds item number of PZOSMWPZO1021LFG instead of PZOSMWPZO1021FG that synchronizes with PZO1021-LEE(in the case of Curse of the Crimson Throne for example). This store item could contain an extra descriptions indicating that this item correlates to the PDF version cataloged with the Limited Edition Hardcover Paizo purchase, with a link to the PZOSMWPZO1021FG item for those who own PZO1021E. This may be an expedient (if inelegant) solution. Please feel free to call me Jake, and I hope this is helpful!
