Suggestions about Unchained Rogue build

Advice

Hello i wanna some suggestions about my Unchained Rogue build:

Elf
trait, class and stats blocked. No MC.

Point Buy 25

Str = 8
Dex = 20
Cos = 10
Int = 16
Wis = 11
Cha = 12

1) Two Weapon Fighting,Weapon Finesse(B)
2) rogue talent(weapon training);
3) improved initiative
4) rogue talent(Minor Magic[Acid Splash])
5) Rogue's edge[Sense Motive], bookish rogue
6) rogue talent(Major magic[Vanish])
7) extra rogue talent([Shadow Duplicate])
8) rogue talent([fast stealth])
9) Improved Two-Weapon Fighting

What do you think?

Light load for a character with Strength 8 is 26 lbs. A chain shirt weights 25. And you're planing on carrying 2 weapons. Plus, for the first levels you'll have a negative damage modifier.

With a 25 point buy, that should be avoidable.

You are putting too much into too few stats. Having a 10 CON is dangerous for several reasons. CON not only gives you extra HP it also determines your point of death. With a 10 CON you die at -10 HP, that means a 1st level rogue dies after taking 19 HP. Bosting your CON to 14 means your point of death is 25. It also increases your fortitude saves which is going to keep you alive and functioning. WIS is also important for will saves and several important skills are based on WIS. With an 8 STR encumbrance is going to be an issue.

I would recommend reducing your DEX and INT and putting the points to other stats. A STR 10 DEX 18, CON 14, INT 14, WIS 12, CHA 13 would be better. This gives you a +2 on fortitude saves and a +1 on will saves as well as more HP.

Improved initiative is only good for the first round of combat after that it really does not matter. Iron Will or Great Fortitude would be a better choice for your 3rd level feat.

10 Con is a literal death sentence for anyone in melee. This goes triple for a rogue who is a D8 class, with only light armour, and no boosts to AC whatsoever (unlike a monk). Don't do it. Many other characters probably shouldn't have anything lower than 14 if they can avoid it, and should have at most 12 if they take a penalty to Con, and at a 25 point buy you should have no problem having stats higher than this. You equally do not want a low Wisdom either, since you have crap Will saves (though taking the Dual-Minded half-elf alternative racial trait fixes that problem right up). Actually, are you sure that's 25 point buy? It seems like a 28 point buy if the 20 is from a +2 to Dex.

A better, more effective and less outright crippling setup would be

10, 18 (16+2), 14, 14, 12, 13

You haven't got a damage penalty at 1st, you have good Dex all-round, you have a serviceable Con score, you have a good Int, you have a positive Wisdom, and a Charisma modifier...for some reason. I'm assuming for face skills? Unless you intend to be a face, use UMD, feinting or use the Underhanded rogue talent, you shouldn't bother with a positive Charisma since your ranks in a face skill should be good enough, since you should have a few spare, particularly with a positive Int modifier.

Speaking of feinting. Are you? You should probably drop Bookish Rogue or take Combat Trick at some level to get Two-Weapon Feint to enable sneak attacks. That's the major draw for two-weapon fighting as a rogue nowadays. If not, it's better to spend that feat on getting one of the two-handed finesse weapons, like Elven curved swords, estocs and Elven branched spears. OH HEY GUESS WHAT HALF-ELF CAN DO THAT. Ancestorial Arms gets you any weapon proficiency of your choice!

Either way, a better setup for progression should be;

1. Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon Finesse
2. Weapon Training (probably shortswords)
3. Combat Expertise
4. Combat Trick (Two-Weapon Feint)
5. Rogue's Edge (Sense motive, which I agree is great), Dodge/Toughness/Improved Initiative but probably Twist Away
6. Minor Magic (Detect Magic, which is better, trust me)
7. Improved Feint (sometimes you just NEED to hit, but it's also a tax)
8. Major Magic (Vanish)
9. Greater Feint (for all our extra attacks to get sneak attack as well)
10. Opportunist (if you have more than one melee, which hopefully you do since you won't even function as a rogue otherwise, and you're no fighter that's for sure), otherwise Slippery Mind (for Defense) or Crippling Strike (for offence).

Thanks all of you for the suggestions.
I have modify my stats according to your suggestions, yes I want some face, some skills and some combat utility.
I think to use a lot of daggers and many items (like Tanglefoot Bags, Alchemist fire) for combat and "battlefield controll".
I don't know about feint it is viable?

Another idea, instead of shortswords, go dagger, and pick up point blank shot and quick draw. That way you get a decent close range attack and can still fight in melee as well. Also, get as one of your talents River Rat which gives you a +1 dm with daggers and +1 trait bonus to swim checks. If you go dagger master archetype, don't take river rat, but instead a single lvl dip into War Priest for d6 damage with your kukris. Even keeping point blank for whatever your range weapon is won't hurt you.
