Ah. Yes, it looks like, based on the items being ordered, it does still get split up into two packages. It could go in one package using UPS Ground, but that would be more expensive ($28.31)
But this does add the First Ten Shipping discount to the order, since they are combined into one order over $100.
We cannot use two cards on the same order. We can use store credit and one card. It is currently set to the card used for your subscriptions.
If you want to make any more changes, please let us know. I have suspended the order until we hear back from you to confirm things.

It's hard to say or sure or if it did at all, as the warehouse is still in the subscription shipping window anyway.
Your subscription order is currently on a packing list, which means it should most likely be part of the orders the warehouse processes today or tomorrow.
