Hi! I'm planning on running a game featuring Corruptions (from Horror Adventures) and while some fit the characters planned, I'd like to homebrew some more, though I'm not sure where to start in homebrewing them. In general, also, I'm not 100% sure how to work corruptions into a progression, so any advice on implementing them/if you've implemented them in a game and how it worked out would be nice.

I'm GMing a RoW campaign. I'm using the beneficial version of the corruptions as the buffs from the black rider's mantle, instead of the generic +2 to a stat.
It's going well, but I am almost entirely ignoring the drawbacks of the corruptions. If they ever stop doing plot things, the drawbacks will pop back up.
