Hi Sharaya,

Last Friday (May 26th) I received access to:
#6-98: Serpent's Rise (Levels 7 Special Pregens Only)
#7-98: Serpents’ Ire (Level 8 Special Pregens Only)

But no to:
Bonekeep Level 1: The Silent Grave (Levels 3–7)
Bonekeep Level 2: Maze to the Mind Slave (Levels 3–7)
Bonekeep Level 3: The Wakening Tomb (Levels 5–9)
#7-99: Through Maelstrom Rift (Level 6 Special Pregens Only)

I am not sure if this is a bug in the report or if there are multiple reports that should give access. Thanks for looking into this.

Hi Magabeus,

Thanks for letting us know! I've granted Bonekeep 1-3 to your account manually, and you should see them on there now.

As for #7-99: as far as I'm aware, that's a convention-only special, and we need to get the request directly from Tonya in order to grant that.

I believe this should take care of things. Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be glad to help out as best I can.

Thanks, I got the Bonekeeps now!

According to this post by Tonya every 4-star can run #7-99 anytime.

Hmmmm, well now I feel silly. :-/ It sounds like there were some mixed communications going on, so things got a bit jumbled about what should be granted automatically to 4/5 star GM's accounts. I'm sorry about that!

Our Digital Content Director is working on getting those product lists updated, so you should receive #7-99 automatically when we run our PDF report. That should be happening tomorrow, so just let us know if it still does not show up. Otherwise, you should be all set.
