Has someone stolen Paizo art?

Paizo General Discussion

In the hopes I am not just causing trouble or a narc by doing this --

Right on this page, about five or six pictures down, I can see a rather familiar piece of artwork. Am I mistaken, or are they using art of one of the monsters from that Katapesh-set AP? Is that okay for random people to do online, or not?

None of which applies to that site...

If you scout around on Google Images some of the other pics seem to be from 'Legend of the Five Rings' and possibly Magic the Gathering cards as well.

While that image is technically part of the Community Use Package because it appeared on the Paizo blog, it is not being used under the terms of the Community Use Policy due to the page's omission of the required legal attribution (partially quoted above). If you see this sort of misuse of Paizo art in the future, please send an email to community@paizo.com and we'll look into it.

The one right above it appears to be the Greg Staples rendition of the Ernham Djinn for Magic the Gathering, too.

Several of those are from Magic the Gathering; at least the one you mention, John, as well as the image at the top. Obviously not Paizo's concern, but still....
