Magic item for chest / body slot

So I know at some point I saw an item for the chest or body slot that allowed you to sacrifice a movement action for a swift action. What book is it? I remember the picture of the item looked like a blouse.

Thanks for the help. I wanted it for my paladin or swashbuckler. I just can't remember the name or book.

Is your paladin or swashbuckler OK with wearing a corset? Because you're after a Corset of Delicate Moves from the Melee Tactics Toolbox.
