Is omitting role and power feat intentional? Past two seasons put this milestone at adv 3 completion in the AP. If you go by the class deck sheets there's a static line that says chose a role after adv 3 completion, is that used instead and no power feat?

When your character advances to Tier 4, select a role from your character’s role card and gain a power feat. Use your role card only when playing scenarios that have an adventure deck number of 4 or higher.
SotS, SotR and SotRu don't have updated card rewards in lieu of that yet.
