Morning Dear Paizo Custserv,

It's been a bit over a month and my order #4183634 is yet to appear in my mailbox :( Should I wait a bit longer, or can we chalk this one up in the "eaten by a grue" category?

Hi Gorbacz,

With subscription orders, we don't generally start counting the estimated transit time until the end of the shipping window for the month, unless there is tracking information that says otherwise.

With an estimate of 9 to 36 business days in transit, that would most likely put it arriving anytime between February 2nd and March 14th. We don't consider a package lost until it's exceed the transit time estimate. Hopefully it will finish making its way to you soon!
