In Kingmaker or any other campaign could you use a Black Market to get a Dragon Egg? When I was looking at the types of buildings I could make the Mangerie had a hatchery and a hatchery says it can hatch normal, magical beast, and dragon eggs. How possible would this be?

If you could use a blackmarket and hatchery to get a griffion, hippogrif, manticore, and a chamara; the same could be done with a dragon right?
