Hi. I know its early, but as a quick heads up, i still havent gotten this order. I had placed Order 4077720 around the same time, which started a sub. They didnt get combined, but it looks like the shipped the same day. I have received Order 4077720, but not Order 4120830. To complicate matters more, i dont have a secure location, so packages are left at local mail sorting depot and i go an pick up. I will check tomorrow if maybe its there and i wasnt givin it.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I believe that there may have been a delay in handoff to USPS, which is why the tracking has not updated yet. We see this from time to time, I believe for now the best thing would be to give it until the end of the week to see if the tracking has started updating by then. If not, let us know and we can take a look into it to see what we can do from there.

Looking at the tracking (which should be available in the original shipping confirmation email), it looks like it was transferred from Mail Innovations to USPS today and is still en route.
