It is in the first issue of the Worldscape comic. If you can find it in print or online, it is right after the comic ends.
Paizo has been putting in short pieces at the end of the their previous comics as well, but it seems that Worldscape will have archetypes as well. I hope they make it to the SRDs soon too.
Wow one hell of an archetype... prolly won't make it to PFS as the favored enemy replacement seems to be a tad bit overpowered.

PFS doesn't seem to acknowledge the existence of game material in the comics -- there's been some other stuff I've asked about having usable, but they don't even list the comics line in Additional Resources.
PossibleCabbage |
The Outslug Style Swashbuckler (made possible by Adventurer's Armory 2) seems like quite a bit of fun.
You either modify your weapon of choice to be in the close group (through versatile design) or you get EWP: Waveblade (which is a light weapon in the close group with an 18-20 crit range) and you use the outslug style chain along with lunge and the blue swordmaster's flair in order to be able to 10' step and attack people 15' away (so you basically have pseudo-pounce).

Nice idea! Now if only Swashbucklers were any good at abusing pseudo pounce...
