So several months ago I stumbled across the fact that foreign AP protector jackets were made, but were largely unavailable to us in the states unless we were willing to pay a king's fortune to get them.
Is it possible for paizo to remake them for those of us who have bought the APs, but are unable to obtain the hardcover compilation books for the APs? From my postings on fb groups and on KnowDirection videos, people seem to go completely crazy for them.

Last time this came up, Vic (I think) said these aren't a Paizo product. Instead, they're made under license by whomever publishs those translations. They've said they've looked into this kinda thing, but the demand isn't high enough to justify the cost.
May be worth revisiting though. Personally, I wouldn't be interested.

It's hard to judge this kind of thing - what people will pay for what is essentially a cardboard box and what people say they will pay may not be the same thing. (Or perhaps more accuately - the number of people who say they'll buy something doesn't always translate once the product comes out. The Art of Dragon magazine being the perennial favorite example).

The problem is that things like those cardboard protectors are expensive to make, so they need to make a bajillion of them to get the PPU down to a price point where enough people will buy them to make it a profitable product, or at least one you don't lose money on.
Like I said, this kinda thing is worth reevaluating periodically, but I wouldn't expect the answer to change.
