Do you mind what edition it from? In 3.x there is a module called Lost Tomb Of The Sphinx Queen. For characters 14th-15th. It also has stuff in the front for making it harder/easier. I love it because it really makes the players think a lot. There are a bunch of Traps/Puzzles/Riddles and the place has some gnarly encounters in it. I've never had a party finish it lol I have one now who are a good portion into it but that game is kinda in stasis right now...

"Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk" is level 8-13 (3.5), so a bit low for your purposes, but it has a large dungeon.
"Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil" is level 1-14 (3.5) and has also a large dungeon complex.
There is the mother of dungeons, Rappan Athuk (Pathfinder), which is level 1-30, maybe you can cherry-pick what you need from it.
There was "Lord of the Iron Fortress", level 15 for 3.5, but I don't think the dungeon was very large.
"Tomb of the iron Medusa" is Pathfinder, level 14, but I haven't played it so far.
"Labyrinth of Madness" is a 15+ dungeon crawler from 20 years back. It was inofficially dubbed S6, as belonging to the series with Tomb of Horror in it. Will need a heavy rework for the rules.
"Return to the Tomb of Horrors" is a 13-16th level adventure from 1998. Includes overland and planar parts, too, not just dungeons.

Sorry to waste space but, level 30 in pathfinder??? Are there rules for that like 3.X epic handbook?
There was a short section saying that regular progressions (sneak attack, caster level, etc) continued going up. It also listed the xp formula and suggested that the best thing to do would be to take another class.

As Goddity says, there are suggestions for those levels in the handbook.
But giving the module an upper range of 30 was an inside joke. It is mostly 5-20, but the final encounter is CR35+ and not intended to be beaten except by the strongest of parties. I think that a paladin, a fighter, a life oracle, an arcane caster plus someone 5th could beat it, if they have the right feats & spells and still enough resources left.

The adventure finder turns up this. There is also Thirteen Cages if you don't plan on running Shackled City in the future.
