spell component pouch (sans eschew materials)

I am a elemental water sorcerer and I really like the seeker archetype. Taking up seeker means I will not have Eschew Materials. How long does it take to pull an item out of my spell component pouch? If I need a firefly to cast light for instance.

Using the spell component pouch is part of your casting action, just as it would be for a wizard.

Basically, the only concern with Spell Component Pouches is if they are sundered or stolen, and even then, for a piddling amount of gold, you can just get two spares. That, and it makes casting some spells a bit more noticeable.
