I bought two tickets to Paizocon and tried to transfer one to my wife. The ticket just disappeared, though - she didn't get the ticket or even an email. I sent an email to support on May 5th, but haven't heard back from them yet. I know they're busy, but what can I do to get this resolved before the lottery comes to an end on Monday?

You might be right - it's been years since I've transferred anything like this, but I *think* the person you are sending to has to accept the transfer, possible via e-mail?
In any case, Paizo's customer service team if first rate - I'm sure they'll get it sorted out on Monday!

I just did this and I don't think the recipient needed to accept. But you do have to get their Paizo user name correct, I think.
