I want to make an insane character. Not insane in the literal sense of the word-that can wait for Strange Aeons-but a crazy, fun build. I'm not looking to make this build optimized. I'm looking to make it workable. Here is the basic concept:
Dual-wielding large-sized bastard swords.
That got your attention? Alright, here's how it works:
Half-Elf Titan Mauler Barbarian
STR: 18 (16+2)
CON: 16
DEX: 12
INT: 10
WIS: 10
CHA: 8
Alternate Racial Trait: Ancestral Arms (Bastard Sword)
Feats:
1: Weapon Focus (Bastard Sword), Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Bastard Sword (Dual-Wielding)
3: Two-Weapon Fighting
Thinking Out Loud
At third level, assuming two mwk weapons, I'll have an attack bonus of +11 while raging. My high CON gives me plenty of rage rounds, so I don't need to worry about running out. However, the penalties start hitting. First of all, TWF gives me a -2/-4, leading to a +9/+7 attack bonus. Then, large sized weapons reduces that further to a +8/+6, due to Massive Weapon's Bonus. The final gut-punch is -2 penalty from Jotungrip, bringing me down to +6/+4. What I want help with is boosting my attack bonus so I can reliably hit things. Any thoughts?

Need more dex for 2wf unless you're getting it from ranger/slayer combat style. Pretty sure 2wf non-light weapons is -4/-4.
Also might want to prepare for scoffing at the ridiculousness of imagining trying to fight with that much unwieldliness.
Weapon master fighter and gloves of dueling, then Sentinel to get Sacred buffs?
It won't help immediately, but investigator studies plus mutagen eventually make them pretty darned accurate despite the lesser BaB, but you'd want more Int for that.

Cult of Vorg speaks truths. Here is the text for Two Weapon Fighting:
Benefit: Your penalties on attack rolls for fighting with two weapons are reduced. The penalty for your primary hand lessens by 2 and the one for your off hand lessens by 6.(The bold is mine for emphasis)
The penalty for two weapon fighting with those bastard swords would -4/-4 (since the starting penalties are -6/-10).
EDIT: Ooo, yes, and the dexterity requirement as well (as Cult also mentioned).

Cult of Vorg is right.
If your offhand weapon isn't light, then it's -4/-4. However, (assuming this isn't for PFS) you can buy an Effortless Lace to make your offhand considered a light weapon to reduce the penalty to -2/-2. 2500g should be doable at level 3, if not soon after (assuming you don't want 2 masterwork weapons, that will put you right over the expected Wealth By Level for level 3). And he's also right. Two-Weapon Fighting requires 15 dex.
I'd suggest something like a high acrobatics and daredevil boots so you can get into flanking more easily.

Oh yeah, there's also choosing ranger favored enemy well, and casting a lot of instant enemy eventually.
If you have a reliable flanking buddy (animal companion?), Outflank is a good extra +2 too.
Still more situational than weapon master 3 - Sentinel X. However, looks like there's no Deific Obedience for Ragathiel, and even if a GM allowed celestial obedience in its place it looks too tough to pull off reliably, so that idea is DOA after all.
So, ranger X is situationally more accurate than sticking with Titan mauler to keep reducing that -8 penalty at 3rd and every 3. Weapon Master 3 is better once gloves of dueling are added, except for further delaying instant enemy and companion advancement if going ranger.
