You need a better system to notify us. This order overdrafted me. I was never emailed that this had shipped and i was billed. Got 2 emails that said it would ship on friday. But was apparently charged monday. I have not gotten an email saying it has shipped. If i knew it was gonna be charged on monday i would have asked you to wait as i didnt have the money till payday today.

The email that you got on Thursday was the order confirmation email for your April subscription order, part of the auth/order spawning process. After those orders are generated each month, we usually start shipping on the following Monday, allowing about a two week window to get everything shipped out.
For example, for this month:
Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: April 7th
Begin Shipping Estimate: April 11th
End Shipping Estimate: April 22nd
This info can be found the the New Releases thread that we post each month on the CS messageboards. April's is here.
The may be an authorization on the card when the order is generated, but the charge is not finalized until the order is processed for shipping. More details about this can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0t
We cannot pinpoint where any package will ship within that window, however, if you contact us after you get the order confirmation email, we can suspend the order so that it will not ship until on or after a certain date.
It looks like you show have gotten the shipping confirmation email on Monday the 11th at 05:49:01 PM PST. If you are not getting emails from us, I would suggest checking your mail settings to make sure they are not going to junk mail folders.
