Ok, coming up against a BBEG that seems to have only one weakness (all of his other stats are ridiculously high, eliminating everything but the most optimized character in most cases). And that weakness is breath weapons: More specifically breath weapons of the sonic type. He has resistance to the classic fire, cold, and acid and immunity to electricity.
I'm looking for ways for a standard party to gain breath weapons. Summoning monsters with breath weapons is acceptable.
