Another specific question, this time on how exactly a druid is able to use spells. Obviously clerics for example get their spells directly from a deity. The question is, does a druid who worships no deity, but just has a kinship with nature, still obtain the use of spells through a deity's blessing?
My character is an atheist and will be a Purity Legion Enforcer, and as such has an issue with any kind of casting obtained through divine influence. Obviously, druids cast divine spells but the specific question is what is the source of their casting is they worship no god.

Druids (and rangers) without patrons gods are typically portrayed as animists, so it make sense that their spells come from anima or genius loci - the non-incarnate spirits of nature. Many real world religions don't differentiate between spirits and gods, except in the scope of their interest.
I would think that an orthodox Rahadoumi would oppose animism because revering spirits is the first step to worshiping gods (a gateway drug, as it were).
That said, a ranger (or possibly druid) might be able to pass his spells off as bushcraft, if no one looks too closely (or with detect magic).

I think David's pretty spot on with this. Rahadoumi have a distrust of all divine magic, not just that gained through worship of the gods. As an example, Alahazra, the iconic oracle was a Rahadoumi cast out into the desert because she had gained divine power, even though she didn't worship any deity. So basically it's arcane magic or get out. Although I imagine now that there's 3 kinds of magic, psychic magic would probably work as well.

Considering the Iconic Oracle is a Rahadoumi atheist, but was still run out of the country for being a divine caster, I don't think this concept works.
To add, I would think Rahadoum treat witches as clerics. While they are Arcane Casters, their power comes directly from a mysterious patron.
Not to my knowledge. I don't recall reading anything that would indicate they extended their prohibition to witches. They ARE arcane, after all.

Witches also aren't beholden to their patrons. For whatever reason, they're offered these secrets of arcane power by a mysterious force. They're not really channeling the powers of their patron. Just applying the arcane knowledge they were given.
Sort of like a wizard and their teacher. The wizard isn't channeling their tutor's power, just using the methods they were taught to create arcane effects.

It isn't like that at all.
Some gain power through study, some through devotion, others through blood, but the witch gains power from her communion with the unknown. Generally feared and misunderstood, the witch draws her magic from a pact made with an otherworldly power. Communing with that source, using her familiar as a conduit, the witch gains not only a host of spells, but a number of strange abilities known as hexes. As a witch grows in power, she might learn about the source of her magic, but some remain blissfully unaware. Some are even afraid of that source, fearful of what it might be or where its true purposes lie.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
A witch must commune with her familiar each day to prepare her spells. Familiars store all of the spells that a witch knows, and a witch cannot prepare a spell that is not stored by her familiar.
A witch has to commune with her patron through her familiar to prepare and cast spells. A wizard can use another wizard's spellbook. A witch can't use another witch's familiar. Patrons don't teach witches how to use their power, they give power to them.
