Brilliant energy weapon property, no way to afford said property at your current WBL.
Acid flasks and many other alchemical items ignore armor and shield bonuses as well, good call Rainy.
and the classic, potion of fire breath.
Let us not forget combat maneuvers, as CMD does not factor base AC value of armor or shields.
Ninja'd by a horse ::sigh:: :)

All energy attacks (they usually allow saving throws but rarely require you to hit any AC at all, or touch AC at worst). Spells like Burning Hands and Fireball are examples. As a ranger, your options are limited here, but you might be able to get magic items for it. Not likely at level 2 though.
All AOE weapons (grenades, bombs, oil flasks, etc.) are touch attacks.
Any other touch attack (usually requires casting a spell like Shocking Grasp or Scorching Ray), or having a magic item (e.g. a wand) that does it for you. As a ranger, your options are limited here.
Guns are always touch attacks. You don't have to be a gunslinger to use a gun but, sadly, there are enough drawbacks that you should consider being a gunslinger or at least a gun-using archetype (or variant multiclassing) to get the class abilities that let you use guns safely and cost-effectively.
Become incorporeal. Hard to do at level 2.
Brilliant Energy weapons are for after you become super rich.
Combat Maneuvers might work but they don't generally do damage.
But here's a question: Why do you need this weapon. The whole combat system is geared around Armor Class and rangers are pretty good at hitting things without negating your enemies' armor or shield bonuses. So why this great need?

It's probably that he's found hitting is difficult with a base +5 to attack; looks like he's fighting a bunch of sword and board guys.
Weapon Focus gives you a +1 with the weapon you select when you take the feat. A bow or other ranged attack would make your to-hit a +6. Next level, pick up a +1 weapon. That will help as well. But for right now, you'll have to make due with what you have.
My first D&D game I had a Fighter that got out hit by the Wizard at 2nd level with very lucky rolls. It was embarrassing, but we both got over it quickly. Just hang in there.

At that point you're looking at, at best, a masterwork weapon. A good composite bow for your Str would be 100 for bow, 300 for Str bonus, and 300 for masterwork, leaving 700 spent. A lot of cash, yes, but it's d8+3 damage with 110' range increment, and you're using ARCHERY which is painful. And of course that +1, and your bow is sitting just 2,000 gold away from a +1 enchantment.
And with that you'd have 400 gold left for a masterwork anything melee. (Assuming this 1,100 gold budget leaves you adequately armoured and equipped otherwise.)

Mmm, warm gun. :P
Plus it makes clearing out dungeons so much easier. One shot and the entire dungeon comes to you, none of that tedious walking around and exploring. Just ring the dinner bell... I mean fire your gun and E-Z Mode it!
