Ohh- Mediterranean!

If we go by Rome, I'll take ya'll to see the family niche at the Vatican.

(Not that I've ever seen it :)

Just saying.

We could go LARPing here too!

I haven't been there yet... :/

Poultice ooze. A failed alchemical attempt to create a living font of healing.

Treeforticon.
New Orleans.
(It ain't called "The Big Easy' for nothin'!)

Just sayin',... ;P

Too hot.

Also voodoo zombies...

Unless the purpose of the Treefortnicon is to start the AZombiecalypse in the first place.

Then we'd have to have it in Houston...

Playing tour guide to a bunch of nerds would be the perfect excuse. Trust me, I'd never visit anything on Cape Cod unless I was showing to someone who was visiting.

Well, visiting Białowieża in itself before they cut it down would be fun.

Well, aside of the fact it would too costly trip for me to afford now, and the fact that I am too lazy to go for camping and such. Especially that because I don't drive I would have to fit all my things in a backpack and carry it on my own poor back...

We have all had those days.

Automail is coming! Can alchemy be next?

These days too.

Wow.

You do know New Orleans is very easy for me to get to.....?

Well, the Big Easy can go on the list. I bought my Powerball tix today, lets hope that the gods of fortune roll me seven consecutive 00s.......

New Orleans is a fun place to visit.

It's been well over 20 years since I last visited New Orleans, so I'm hoping Patrick wins the jackpot. :)

If you hear about someone winning in Massachusetts on Wednesday cross your fingers!

Seriously though, how fun would that be?

I don't play to win. After all, the chances are vanishingly small. However, the couple of bucks I spend are a cheap price to dream. And, someone will eventually win it. I find it endlessly fascinating thinking of how I would use that money.

But for now I must concentrate on my homework. That is a much more concrete need at this point...

I actually have one of those 75mm shells from WWI. I got it from my great-uncle Anthony Ryan when he passed away in the Seventies. It isn't engraved or anything, but I have the shell and a 'top' piece that fit on top of it (analogous to a 'bullet').

I also have a couple of the WWI German spiked helmets. Uncle Tony liked his trophies...

Say what?!? You know, I was living there at the time. You could have at least stopped by for a visit.

Over $410 Million USD. That's a whole lotta cabbage.

I'm liking the ship idea. Each year could be a different venue.

I wonder if you can charter a cruise ship? Or maybe just reserve space on one for a convention? I mean, just because you have a lot of cash you shouldn't go too crazy..

The folks at National Review Magazine do a Cruise at least once a year, so I'd imagine all it takes is a bit of money.

I see no reason why one couldn't charter a cruise ship. It must be costly, not to mention the collateral they might ask, though.

*sigh* Teeth or gums acting up again. Nothing terrible, only mildly annoying and the dentist appointment is made on next Wednesday and Thursday...

Yeah I've heard of themed cruises, so it wouldn't be so hard I warrant.

I'm sure I could lure a few industry folks onboard with a free cruise and a small stipend..

Class done. Now just a trip back to the Cape, a 12-hour shift, then a 16-hour shift after that ...sigh

But, TotalCon on Saturday! Woot! Iron GM time!

I hope you don't have to hit your GM with an iron.

I work in the warehouse with this young kid named Eric. Nice guy, but kind of a burnout. His defining characteristic is that, if you don't tell him to go do something, he just kind of stands around waiting for orders. I've decided to call him Eric Idle.

I've got my new iPad all set up now. How I missed it...
