Can a level 1 Slayer multi-class to rogue. It seems there are conflicting resources on this matter. Your opinions are appreciated.


Yes.

It couldn't in the playtest. That aspect was scrapped.


Yes you can, but the overlapping abilities will be redundant rather than stacking unless they specifically state otherwise. See the note under the "parent classes" heading in the "Hybrid Classes" section of the prd.

In this case, it doesn't apply at all though.

Sneak attack stacks and things like Trapfinding stack as well.

Interesting, where is that specified for Sneak Attack?


Core Rulebook. It's on the Assassin PRC: sneak attack from multiple classes stack.


Also it can be found on the Monster Advancement section.

Unless you have vivisectionist levels, because vivisectionist has its own badly written rules.
