Tempered Champion replaces spellcasting, which both Paladin and Antipaladin have, but also modifies Divine Bond, which Paladin has but which Antipaladin replaces with Fiendish Boon.
In order for an archetype like Tempered Champion to work with both, it would have to have the replacement ability have text that explicitly modifies whichever of the the 2 abilities you have. I do not know of any Paladin/Antipaladin archetypes that have such conditional modifications in them (and so many of the Paladin abilities get mirrored in Antipaladin, and technically even spellcasting is mirrored since the spell list has some mirror or otherwise different spells in it, you pretty much can't avoid this). Yet another thing not to like about the Paladin/Antipaladin base class design (yes, this is inherited from D&D 3.5, but why didn't they inherit the Prestige Paladin and/or the 4 corner Paladins -- preferably both -- from D&D 3.5 Unearthed Arcana?).

My Self |
Touch of Corruption (Su)
Beginning at 2nd level, an antipaladin surrounds his hand with a fiendish flame, causing terrible wounds to open on those he touches. Each day he can use this ability a number of times equal to 1/2 his antipaladin level + his Charisma modifier. As a touch attack, an antipaladin can cause 1d6 points of damage for every two antipaladin levels he possesses. Using this ability is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Alternatively, an antipaladin can use this power to heal undead creatures, restoring 1d6 hit points for every two levels the antipaladin possesses. This ability is modified by any feat, spell, or effect that specifically works with the lay on hands paladin class feature. For example, the Extra Lay On Hands feat grants an antipaladin 2 additional uses of the touch of corruption class feature.
Divine Weapon Specialization (Ex)
At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, a tempered champion gains a bonus feat from the following list:
Disruptive, Divine Fighting Technique, Greater Penetrating Strike, Greater Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Specialization, Penetrating Strike, Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, and Weapon Trick.
If a feat requires choosing a weapon or weapon group, the tempered champion must choose her deity's favored weapon, or its group. The tempered champion must meet the feat's prerequisites, but treats her tempered champion levels as fighter levels for this purpose.
In addition, the 4th-level tempered champion gains the increased base weapon damage of the warpriest's sacred weapon ability at her tempered champion level.
This ability replaces spellcasting.
Divine Bond (Su)
At 5th level, a tempered champion must select a weapon for her divine bond. If she is out of daily uses, she can expend a use of lay on hands to activate this ability.
I'd say no. It requires you have both a Divine Bond and Touch of Corruption, neither of which you have. "Spellcasting" seems to be a valid trade, but the other ones are not. Touch of Corruption can be modified by "feat[s], spell[s], or effect[s]", not necessarily alternate class features. Additionally, Fiendish Boon is not a Divine Bond, no matter how similar the wording is.
