So my new GM has an interesting house rule. When your character dies, the other players get to pick the race and class of your new character. I actually really like this idea, maybe not all the time, but it's a nice way to mix things up and move people out of their comfort zone and it lets the party flush out its role gaps.
Now I've been playing Pathfinder since it came out and I'm familiar with all of the ideal builds. The challenge I want help with is finding the worst possible race/class combinations and then seeing if there is anyway to make it viable. The GM is generous with the rolling of stats but for this challenge I'm gonna restrict myself (and anyone else who wants to play) to an array of 18,16,14,12,10,8 and I'm gonna build to 6th level with a minimal amount of gear, no more than 12,000 gp worth.
My first thought for bad would be Kobold Barbarian. Can anyone think of worse?

Kobold old Rogue? You'll need to eat up feats to become DEX-based, in which you become almost passable, but you still have two weak saves. Maybe a Kobold or Orc Rage Chemist Alchemist would have a tough time, too.
Duergar Sorcerer? -4 CHA will make you pretty unhappy, and your SLAs will be pretty much what you would cast normally anyways.
Or maybe an Android Untouchable Rager Bloodrager. Bloodrager is worse than base Barbarian if you try to unoptimize. Well, except for maybe the Wild Rager.
A Kyton-Spawn Tiefling Monk of the Healing Hand won't have a very happy time, either.
Also, Sleuth Investigator with STR/DEX/CON penalties will have a hard time.

Kobold barbarian would be pretty terrible.
Orc arcanist would be pretty bad since they need two mental stats.
Anything merfolk would be annoying due to the movement speed. (not as bad barbarian or monk I guess :P)
Svirfneblin bard would be rough - though the race as a whole is awesome enough to just about counter the bad combination. (unless you lose a level)

Poor race/class combos:
Kobold Core Rogue
Duergar Sorcerer
Android Bloodrager
Kyton-Spawn Tiefling Core Monk
Suli Investigator
Nosferatu-Born Dhampir Paladin
Monkey Goblin Skald
As for poor classes, regardless of race:
Sleuth Investigator
Wild Rager Barbarian
Monk of the Healing Hand
Cloistered Cleric
