[PFS] Bladed Belt

Rules Questions

I'd like to be able to use different weapons, but still cover magic and adamantine (I's really getting tired of how much hardness the new seasons seem to like throwing around :(.)

Bladed Belt looks cool, but I'm not sure if there's any clarity on how it works in PFS. Can I:
1. Buy an adamantine Bladed Belt (2k+3kAdmantine=5k?)
2. Upgrade it to a +1 Adamantine Bladed Belt (2k+3k+2k=7k?)

I'm assuming yes. But it's not clear how the "can be enchanted" clause interacts with the PFS upgrade rules.

Scarab Sages

This is a rules question. You can't buy an adamantine bladed belt because it's not a weapon, but a wondrous item.

A Transformative weapon might work better for you, or the Weapon Versatility feat.

Sczarni

As I understand it, in PFS you cannot buy an adamantine Bladed Belt. However, the item does state it can be enchanted, though I'm not sure what, if any, limitations there are in reagrds to that in PFS.

Shadow Lodge

1. It cannot be made of adamantine, but you may be able to do mithral.

2. The bladed belt upgrades like a normal weapon, you need enough fame for the total cost of the weapon.

I don't think transformative helps, unless you're talking about him buying a +1 adamantine transformative X to change its shape to get around piercing/slashing/bludgeoning rules.

As to the bladed belt, dotting for interest for PFS, since my Calistran bard* has been looking at one for her scorpion whip.

*:
glammered armor bladed belt and looking unarmed and innocent for any situation :-) Well maybe not innocent, this is Mayim...

Modeate Threadromancy since we got a UE update and this was untouched. Can we get a ruling on if we can have a belt made of other materials?
