Serpent Shaman Poison DC

Rules Questions

How do I determine the Serpent Shaman's poison DC?

Quote:

Totem Transformation (Su)

At 2nd level, a serpent shaman may adopt an aspect of the snake while retaining her normal form. This ability functions as the bear shaman ability, but the druid may select from the following bonuses:

movement (climb speed 20 feet, swim speed 20 feet)
scales (+2 natural armor bonus to AC)
senses (low-light vision, scent)
natural weapons (bite [1d4], poison [ frequency 1 round (6), effect 1 Con damage, Cure 1 save, Con-based DC] for a Medium druid, +2 CMB to grapple).

While using totem transformation, the serpent shaman may speak normally and can cast speak with animals (reptiles only) at will.

Bolded the important part. Would the DC be 10+con modifier? Do I add anything else to that like 1/2 my druid level or something?

Every con based DC referenced in stat blocks also gets the 1/2 HD added to it. But I can't find an explicit rule telling you it works that way.

per Bestiary/Universal Monster Abilties,
The saving throw to resist a poison is usually a Fort save (DC 10 + 1/2 poisoning creature's racial HD + creature's Con modifier

since the ability is gained via class feature, I would use Druid levels for racial HD.
(above rules quote is also source of knowing it is a FORT Save)

Cool. Thanks you two.

Sounds reasonable due to that being the formula for pretty much everything else. 1/2 HD and stat and 10.
